Frequently Asked Questions
I’m renovating, can you work with existing junction boxes and tricky layouts?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom solutions for remodels, especially when you're working with existing junction boxes, tight timelines, or limited budgets. Our swag chandeliers can hold anywhere from 2 to 19 pendants off a single canopy, allowing you to get a dramatic, multi-light look without adding electrical points. We'll help you design a fixture that works with your layout and creates impact—even in challenging spaces.
Do you offer dimmable or ambient lighting options for restaurants?
Yes. All of our bulbs are LED and DIMMABLE and work best with a forward phase (TRIAC) dimmer switch.
Can I customize the length of each pendant?
Absolutely. All of our fixtures are made to order, and we can create custom drop lengths for each pendant. Whether you’re working with a tall ceiling or want staggered heights, we can make it exact. Don’t see the lengths you need? Just ask.
What finish options are available for your fixtures?
We offer a wide range of metal and wood finishes to match your restaurant’s style. Popular metal finishes include matte black, brushed brass, satin nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, and more. Our wood bases come in natural, grey, walnut, ebony, or custom-stained tones to coordinate with your bar, ceiling beams, or furniture. If you’re working with a specific palette, we can help you choose a finish that complements your space—or even create a custom finish upon request.
Do you offer fixtures for high ceilings or open layouts?
Yes—our fixtures are ideal for open-concept spaces and tall ceilings. We can create custom pendant lengths up to 15 feet (or more) to perfectly fit your space. Whether you need a dramatic drop in a vaulted dining room or a balanced look across a wide, open bar area, we’ll tailor the fixture to your exact ceiling height and layout.
Are your fixtures commercial-grade or UL listed?
Yes—all fixtures are UL-listed for dry environments and built with commercial quality in mind. We recommend working with a licensed electrician for installation and local code compliance.
What color temperature options do you offer?
We include LED bulbs in three different color temps so you can set the perfect mood:
- 2200K – Extra warm and ambient (like candlelight, and is the most popular)
- 2700K – Soft, warm white
- 3500K – Neutral white with a brighter, cleaner look
All are dimmable and energy-efficient.
Do you offer trade pricing or bulk discounts?
Yes, we support restaurants, architects, and designers with bulk pricing, priority scheduling, and personalized service. No minimum order is required to join.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard production is 2–3 weeks, but we also offer rush production in as little as 1–3 days. Select the rush option at checkout or contact us if you’re on a deadline. All fixtures are made to order using parts from our local Chicago inventory.
Are replacement parts or glass available if something breaks?
Yes. We keep inventory on-hand for replacement glass, globes, and parts. Just reach out with your order number—we’ll help you get exactly what you need.

Commercial Lighting
We design commercial lighting that helps shape the atmosphere of restaurants, cafés, bars, offices, and other hospitality spaces. From pendant lighting to custom chandeliers, our fixtures provide focused illumination while complementing the architecture and layout of the room.
Many commercial spaces use repeated pendants, clustered fixtures, or larger statement pieces to create visual rhythm across tables, counters, and seating areas. Each fixture can be customized for finish, shade, and scale, making it easier to design lighting that fits the space and supports the overall experience.
